Monday April 2, 2018 – Agostino arrived to collect the rent accompanied by Richard Pollington (Vid 37). Marie complained of the front door of the building being left unlocked, Richard explains that it’s “Chris and I” (presumably Christina Stamper) going back and forth. Agostino tells Richard “try and leave it locked, all right?” Marie then informs Agostino that there is a rodent problem again, Agostino offers bait or traps. Marie then informs Agostino that the receipts are for the wrong amounts, she then gives him the correct amounts. Richard had written down the correct amounts the previous month (Vid 35) .

Friday April 13, 2018 – We had our telephone hearing. The LTB version of the hearing recording is here (Vid 94).

This hearing used up 45 minutes of two members time, for a total of 90 minutes of hearing time.

So far, this disagreement with our landlord had used up 9 hours 40 minutes of hearing time at the LTB, in 9 hearings, two by telephone, seven in person (counting the Case Management Hearing and mediation session of May 19, 2017 as hearings). It has also used up 7 hours and 50 minutes of a mediator’s time.

Sunday April 15, 2018 – Marie had locked the front door of the building when she found it unlocked. As a result, Christina Stamper had become very loud and abusive, so Marie complained to Agostino (AR 107) about the incident. Agostino asks her “Your door was locked, right?” He was referring to the second security door, the one police reported as being unlocked on December 8, 2018 (Doc 250). Marie answers that it was, but points out that the front door being unlocked is still a security risk to anyone leaving our unit. Agostino says he will “speak to him”.

Marie’s concerns are perfectly reasonable.

Monday April 23, 2018 – Marie called Agostino to report sounds of animals upstairs in the unoccupied unit (AR 109). This led to several days of our landlords and Richard trying to evict a family of raccoons from the unoccupied attic unit above. Some of the antics were cause for concern (especially our landlords’ idea of safety while working on ladders), but I did not record any of it. It was all outside our unit, and did not affect us.

Sunday April 29, 2018 – I pulled into the driveway with a company vehicle, and took the first of three large rubber totes I had upstairs. As I came down for the second one, Richard Pollington began yelling at me from across the street, telling me (profanely) to move my vehicle. I replied “Give me five minutes to finish up”. His reply was profane and mostly incoherent, but it was clear that he was upset that I was using the driveway. I then told him “It’s common area, fuck off and leave me alone”. The incident was witnessed by a number of passers by, and was embarrassing.
